Describe the issue and steps leading to it, your account role and the approximate time. Include a generation reference or payment order number if available. Hide unrelated personal details in screenshots.
Keep your information safe
Do not send passwords, verification codes, reset links, full payment-card numbers or unrelated student files. We may request additional information to verify your authority over an account.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion or an objection to specific processing, write to the same address with a clear privacy-related subject. We review the request under applicable law and the nature of the records involved.
