Accounts and authority

Provide accurate information and secure your credentials. Use a learner or teacher account only as authorized; never share passwords or access someone else's account. Use by minors requires supervision and permission from the person authorized under applicable law.

Agreement and account creation

To create a new account, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and actively confirm your agreement before submitting, whether you choose email or Google. We record the time and versions accepted with the account. Google authentication does not replace this step.

Study materials

Upload only files and text you have the right to use and share for this purpose. Avoid personal or confidential information that the exam does not need. You are responsible for what you submit and for respecting others' rights.

Exams and AI

AI-generated questions and explanations are study aids that may contain mistakes. Review them before publishing or making an important educational decision. Exam and classroom settings control availability, attempts and release of results and answers; a submitted attempt may no longer be editable.

By using exam generation, you request OpenAI processing of your selected sources and exam settings under the Privacy Policy and confirm your right to share that content. Review questions and answers before use; AI output is not guaranteed to be error-free.

Credits and payments

Prices, credits and discounts are shown before purchase. If electronic payment is enabled, checkout opens a secure Dodo Payments page that shows the final amount and any tax before payment. Credits are added after the server confirms payment; returning from checkout alone does not prove payment. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and any terms expressly shown at purchase; ask Support if you have questions.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to cheat, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual property, disrupt the platform, bypass classroom or exam permissions, or misuse generation credits. Access may be restricted for a violation, subject to rights provided by law.

Availability and files

File processing or generation may be delayed or unavailable because of file size, technical problems or external providers. Keep your own copy of important material and check a job's status before repeating a paid request. We cannot guarantee that every question or result is free of technical or educational errors.

Ownership

You or the relevant owner retain rights to original material you upload. You permit the platform to process it as necessary for the functions you request. The platform's name, logo, software and own materials remain with their respective rights holders.

Privacy and updates

The Privacy policy explains information processing and how to make a data request. We may update these terms as the service or requirements change and show the review date. Nothing here removes consumer rights or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Contact

For questions about terms, payments or accounts, use the support chat in your account, the Contact page, or support@nanostudent.com. Include an order or exam reference when useful, but never full payment-card details.

File storage

20 MB per file · 100 MB included. Study files are deleted one year after upload, with notices 30, 7 and 1 days before deletion. Files are protected while a paid storage subscription is active; after expiry there is a 30-day grace period. Exams and results remain.

Temporary files are removed 7 days after the last generation finishes (or after upload if unused). Paid subscriptions do not extend temporary retention.

I agree to automatic renewal at the selected USD price, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Cancel renewal any time. One additional 1 GB plan per account; the included 100 MB remains.

Prepaid Credits

The generation cost is shown before confirmation. Retaking a saved personal exam is free and uses the same questions.

50 free credits are added immediately when you first create an account, once only. Email verification does not add them again.

The same credit packages are available to students and teachers. Storage is separate. Current prices and credit amounts are shown at checkout; taxes may apply.

One-time payment. Purchased credits and package bonuses are valid for 12 months from payment confirmation. Each purchase has its own expiry. No automatic renewal.
