Terms of Use
These terms govern accounts, educational data, subscriptions, credits, and AI features within NanoStudent.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be authorized to enter this agreement. Minors use the service under parent or school supervision and required consent.
2. Accounts and permissions
Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and do not share accounts. Manager, teacher, or accountant permissions must not be used to access data outside the assigned school or class. Report unauthorized use promptly.
3. School, teacher, and parent responsibilities
Schools are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted data, access management, required student and parent consent, and review of content and results before educational decisions. Teachers are responsible for reviewing exams, grades, and feedback. Parents are responsible for accurate child links and consent decisions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not attack the system, bypass permissions, impersonate others, upload malware or unlawful content, harass users, manipulate results or payments, evade usage limits, scrape data without permission, or use the service to harm students.
5. Content and intellectual property
Users or educational institutions retain rights in uploaded content and grant the platform a limited license to process, store, and display it to provide the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. NanoStudent software, design, and branding remain the provider’s property.
6. Exams and academic integrity
Timers, autosave, and attempt restrictions operate according to exam settings. Window-change or connection events are review indicators only and do not prove misconduct by themselves. Schools or teachers are responsible for investigation and final decisions under applicable rules and circumstances.
7. Artificial intelligence
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before publishing an exam or making decisions. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data. AI can be disabled in the Privacy Center, and minor students require consent from a linked parent.
8. Subscriptions, credits, and payment
Some features require a subscription or credits. Cost is shown before an operation; credits are deducted on successful execution and automatically restored for supported failed operations. Credits are internal usage units, not money or transferable assets. Plan price, currency, taxes, term, and payment method are shown in the approved order or offer.
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the offer terms and applicable law. Successfully consumed credits are generally non-refundable, while duplicate, erroneous, or undelivered transactions will be reviewed. Never enter full card details in support messages or proof forms.
9. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service, but maintenance, outages, or security changes may occur. Future features, limits, or prices may change with appropriate notice; increases do not apply to an active prepaid term unless the offer or applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for Terms violations, security risk, non-payment, or an authorized institution’s request. Users can request deletion from Settings, subject to limited retention of required records. We will seek to provide a reasonable opportunity to correct issues unless urgent security or legal action is necessary.
11. Limitation of responsibility
The platform is a support tool, not an accredited school or a replacement for professional judgment. To the extent permitted by law, the provider does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or error-free, uninterrupted service and is not responsible for decisions made without appropriate human review. These Terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan unless mandatory protective law requires otherwise. Parties should first attempt resolution through Support. Contact: support@nanostudent.com. Legal review is required before commercial launch in additional countries.
