Do students have to pay?
No. Students can use access provided by their school or teacher and may add a self-practice plan when needed.
How do credits work?
Credits are an internal balance used for AI services. The estimated cost is shown before processing and the actual cost afterward.
Can schools distribute credits?
Yes. Schools can grant credits to students and teachers according to permissions and approved policies.
Does the platform include finance and HR?
Yes. Schools can activate Finance & Accounting and HR & Payroll as subscription add-ons.
Can users delete accounts?
Yes, subject to retention rules for academic, financial, and legal records that cannot be removed immediately.
Are certificates government-accredited?
Certificates are issued by the school or organization using the platform and are not government certificates unless the issuer is officially authorized.
Is data protected?
The system uses relationship-based permissions, secure files, audit trails, and privacy settings. Schools must also apply their legal and organizational policies.
Which languages are supported?
NanoStudent supports Arabic and English. Arabic uses RTL and English uses LTR.
Does the system integrate with Jordanian authorities?
Jordan Edition provides structured OpenEMIS exports and national e-invoicing readiness packages. Live integration requires official configuration, approval, and testing before use.
